The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles calls upon you, your family, friends, co-workers, and classmates to step forward for a community so often neglected and forgotten. Seizures steal moments and memories, can change lives, impact development, affect learning and can even result in early death. At least 40 percent of the 160,000 living with epilepsy in our backyard are severely affected and continue to have seizures despite treatment. There is no known cure. |
