Matthew Howley, a native Southern Californian and a graduate of Chapman University, is a Financial Advisor with the Global Wealth Management unit at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, specializing in Intergenerational Estate Planning, Philanthropic Estate Planning, and Retirement Planning. Howley’s employment at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney is preceded by his work at a boutique residential and commercial real estate firm. Howley began having seizures as an adolescent, and while he is now free of seizures, Howley joins our Board as someone who understands the challenges of epilepsy and is dedicated to work towards ending epilepsy.
