Mark Borman

Mark Borman is the founder of The Borman Group, LLC, a real estate development company that focuses on urban infill projects in Southern California and with a strong concentration in Los Angeles County. His involvement includes all phases of acquisition, design, entitlement, construction, project management, and financing. Prior to The Borman Group, LLC Mr. Borman was an award winning independent film producer having had films play in film festivals including Sundance, Toronto, Tribeca, and Cannes. Other work related experiences Mr. Borman was a franchisee of Yum! Brands, Inc., and a commodity trader at The Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Borman has a B.A. in Real Estate, Finance and Economics from the University of South Carolina. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Business Improvement District of the Artist District located in the city of Los Angeles, serves as the vice president of Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles, and the co-chair for the annual Care and Cure Benefit of the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. He is married and has three lovely kids.
